Multi-user Family Access
Give several family members their own FM Central logins while keeping permissions, personal settings, and protected information separate.
- Create separate login users for the same family.
- Use Editor or Read Only family access depending on what that login should do.
- Assign one Family Manager for the family’s master-only tools.
- Let each login have its own Defaults, personal Contacts organization, Notifications, and Online Accounts vault.
- Combine shared family information with record access and item privacy controls.
