Privacy & Access Controls
Choose how much of a person or item other family users can see and who is allowed to change it.
- Full Access lets authorized users view and Editors make allowed changes.
- Owner Edit Only keeps viewing available while limiting who can edit.
- Family Tree Only keeps name, photo, and relationships visible without private details.
- Locked hides the person from other users’ normal Contacts and Family Tree views.
- Individual items such as photos, documents, journals, medical entries, and tasks can also use Private settings.
